2018 Stars Challenge

The 2018 Choo Choo Guild Challenge is Oh My Stars! These are the Challenge rules:

• Design: Quilt must have at least three different star patterns.
• Size: Maximum of 45 inches on any side. Minimum of 12 inches on any side.
• Your Challenge piece must be quilted and finished.

We encourage you to make stars you’ve never made before! Here are some names of star blocks to stimulate your design possibilities: friendship star, Ohio star, sawtooth star, Lemoyne star, string star, Mexican star, premium star, Gwen Marston’s liberated stars, fused appliqué star, and many others.

The Challenge Reveal will be at the November 19 guild meeting. Challenge entries are due at the beginning of the meeting.
